Gogglebox star Lee Riley has shared an exciting update after sharing a video his co-star Jenny Newby had recorded. Earlier this year fans were left concerned when Jenny didn't appear alongside her best pal and on-screen partner at the Bafta TV awards.

The Channel 4 show picked up the Best Reality and Constructed Factual gong at the ceremony with Lee and fellow Goggleboxers Marcus Luther and Mica Ven representing the programme and heading up on stage to collect their latest silverware.

But Jenny was notably missing from Lee's side. Speaking to the Daily Star on the red carpet, Lee said at the time that Jenny "isn't very well" and needed an operation.

He later explained that she had been on the waiting list for the op for two years and that it, unfortunately, fell during Baftas week.
