Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Fans of Channel 4 show Gogglebox are calling for one of its most popular couples to be axed after last night's show. People were troubled by some of the pair's comments which were aired on Channel 4, but now things have escalated, and viewers are calling for them to be dropped.
As part of the show, viewers were shown a clip of a Good Morning Britain interview between Susanna Reid and Boris Johnson. During the interview, Susanna asked Boris Johnson about the case of a 77-year-old woman, who is struggling with her heating bills.
Elsie is struggling so much, she's forced to ride the bus all day just to keep warm. Boris Johnson replied that he had made that possible thanks to bringing in free bus passes for the elderly. But the reaction of Gogglebox duo Giles and Mary rubbed people up even further the wrong way. Mary said: "I am very sorry for Elsie but Susanna is making out it is Boris fault and like he doesn't care." Giles asks her: "Whose fault is it?".
