Fashion house Chanel has shared the first details about it's ultra-exclusive catwalk show being held in Manchester city centre this week.
And it includes clues to the iconic Manchester bands, moments and a certain club that may have inspired it. The luxury French designer brand is staging an extraordinary takeover of Northern Quarter streets to bring its Métiers d'Art show to life in Manchester for the first time on Thursday, December 7.
The event has been shrouded in secrecy, with many of the businesses and creatives involved signing confidentiality agreements not to speak about any of the details.
But the huge structures being set up along Thomas Street and High Street in the Northern Quarter have been something of a giveaway to the location.
