variety.comJack Dunn Hulu has released the first teaser trailer for its new half-hour sports comedy “Chad Powers” starring Glen Powell, who also serves as co-creator with Michael Waldron.
Executive produced by Super Bowl Champion Peyton Manning through his Omaha Productions banner, the series is set to premiere in Fall 2025.
The show follows Powell as Russ Holliday, a once NFL-bound college quarterback who tanks his career after some behavioral misconduct.
In a desperate attempt at a comeback, “he disguises himself and walks onto a struggling Southern football team as the talented, affable Chad Powers,” according to an official description.
