Celtic look set to win a tug of war over Luis Palma – with Honduras calling up a replacement for the crocked wide man. Winger Palma wasn't involved in the squad against Livingston at the weekend and when Brendan Rodgers was asked about his progress as he recovers from injury, he said he wouldn't be available under after the international break.

But reports in his homeland have indicated they will have to accept Palma won't be there for the match. And Honduras have already added Olimpia player Jose Mario Pinto to their squad, although they didn't confirm it was as a replacement for Palma.Honduran FA sports director Luis Breve said previously: "We are in permanent contact with Celtic and will do everything to ensure Luis Palma attends the camp and then gets assessed by our own doctor, Guillermo Toledo."Follow Record Sport on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for all of the up-to-the minute breaking news, video and audio on the SPFL, the Scotland national team and beyond.
