Celtic are reportedly "open" to negotiations over a sale of Matt O'Riley to Atletico Madrid this summer. But the La Liga heavyweights have been warned that they must stump up more than their offer in January to land the 23-year-old this summer.
The Scottish Premiership champions were approached by Atletico about a move deal for O'Riley in January but rebuffed interest with a focus on the end of season run-in - but the Spanish giants are said to still hold an interest in the Celtic star this summer.
Mundo Deportivo report that following on from their January interest, O'Riley and Feyenoord star Matts Wieffer are "on the agenda" again this summer.
It is claimed that the offer put on the table to the Parkhead side was €20miillion (£17million) and that Celtic did not want to lose a "key piece of their team unless the offer was high, which it was not."The Hoops' have reportedly told Atletico that any sale will only be green lit if they increase the offer this summer.
