Supporters attempting to pre-order the 'origins' kit were put in a queue as thousands descended on the club website to spend their hard earned cash.
It is labelled as their fourth kit and will be in shops on March 16 which will allow Celtic to wear it two days later when they host Lee Johnson's Hibernian side at Parkhead in the league.Celtic launched the new emerald green jersey just 12 hours after defeating Robbie Neilson's Hearts side in the east end of Glasgow.
Ange Postecoglou's side retained their nine-point lead at the top of the league after goals from Daizen Maeda, Kyogo Furuhashi and Sead Hakšabanović gave them a 3-1 victory over the third-placed Jambos.
