Rock star and Celtic fan Bobby Gillespie has revealed his first football kit was a Rangers strip. The Primal Scream singer fell in love with the Parkhead team in the 60s despite his grandparents giving him a Gers top for his sixth birthday.
Gillespie, 59, who once said he loved the Celts more than his wife, said: “I didn’t know what football was.
