Following the success of the first celebrity version last year, the likely list of contestants for a new series of Celebrity Race Across The World has been unveiled - and it is set to be a journey with a host of exciting personalities limbering up for an epic trek. The BBC show will see celebrities, each with their chosen companion, heading off on a thrilling voyage, leaving their first class tickets at home and having to rely on boats, trains, taxis and buses to get to each checkpoint destination.
Rumours suggest that we'll be seeing model Kelly Brook and her husband, Jeremy Parisi embarking on the journey. Also, Scott Mills, the Radio 2 DJ, has reportedly decided to get his racing shoes on, bringing along fiance Sam Vaughan.
Other potential world travellers include Jeff Brazier and Freddie, his son, along with Kola Bokini from Ted Lasso, reports the Mirror.
In anticipation of our favourite celebs taking on this global challenge, a source close to the stars remarked: "Kelly has travelled all over the world with Jeremy - and she's really competitive so she'll be brilliant TV." They added: "Both Kola and Scott are fans of the show so jumped at the chance to take part." Kelly and Jeremy, who became husband and wife last year in an Italian ceremony after seven years of dating, are quickly becoming one of TV's power couples.
