Love Island has been huge for ITV, becoming a massive summer ratings hit and spawning spin-offs such as the recent Love Island All Stars.
But not many people will remember the original two seasons of the show when it was called Celebrity Love Island. Celebrity Love Island ran from 2005-6, and the format was fairly similar to the later seasons, except the contestants were well-known noughties personalities.
Filmed in Fiji, the show gave viewers the chance to vote for couples to go into a 'love shack' and spend time together. The main difference between seasons was that viewers had the elimination vote in season one, while in season two, the celebs could vote each other off the island. The winning couple would leave with £50,000.
Season one was presented by Patrick Kielty and Kelly Brook, with Fearne Cotton replacing Kelly in season two. Despite spawning endless tabloid headlines, and even having a spin-off show in season two called Aftersun, the show was a ratings flop and was axed in 2006.
