Celebrity Gladiators host Barney Walsh issues scam warning to fans

Barney Walsh, son of The Chase host Bradley Walsh, was forced to issue a warning to his Instagram followers about a potential scam.

Barney, 27, who hosts BBC's Gladiators with his famous father, felt the need to speak out after discovering a fake account pretending to be him or his management.The Casualty actor, who plays Cameron Mickelthwaite in the BBC medical drama, shared a message to his followers as he insisted he only has one Instagram account.

In a post shared to his Stories, Barney wrote: "Hi guys! I've had a few of you dm me lately showing me screenshots of various accounts claiming to be me or my agent/management." He continued: "Just to let you all know – this is my only Instagram account!

If you get any messages from other account claiming to be me or management then please know they are not real and you should block or report them.Thanks everyone x," reports Birmingham Live.
