Rachael Ray and her family are said to be ‘safe’ after a huge fire ripped through their home in New York City last night. Firefighters rushed to the celebrity chef’s property on Chuckwagon Trail in Lake Luzerne at around 8pm, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office revealed.
A reporter, Mark Mulholland, first tweeted of the blaze at 7pm and wrote: ‘Seeing some of the first pictures of the fire at the Lake Luzerne home of @rachaelray and it does not look good.’ Rachael’s rep has since confirmed to People: ‘Rachael, her husband John [Cusimano] and their dog Bella are safe. ‘The house is unfortunately damaged and we don’t yet know to what extent.’ Sheriff Jim LaFarr revealed there were no injuries, according to KRQE.
