Diners walked out without paying for their meal at a south Manchester restaurant - skipping a bill worth more than £200. Police are hunting the culprits of a 'dine and dash' incident at the Merzee restaurant on Stockport Road, in Levenshulme.
Greater Manchester Police says the restaurant lost out on £225 following the incident, which took place at around 3.45pm on Wednesday, July 17.
Officers have been continuing their enquiries in the weeks since it happened. Detectives have today (September 4) released a CCTV image of a group of men they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
It's hoped the men could hold key information to assist police with their investigation. READ MORE: Man, 33, dies after 'speeding car on wrong side of road' crashed into him in hit-and-run The men pictured - or anyone who recognises them - are urged to come forward.
