CCTV captures shameless fly-tipper dumping furniture outside Scots food bank
dailyrecord.co.ukCCTV dumping an armchair behind a Scots food bank in broad daylight.The shameless dumper left the bulky item outside Kirkwood newsagents in Coatbridge on Wednesday.He was seen using a trolley to transport the furniture from his van to the back of the store, which also houses a food bank.The shop’s owner Martin Seel says he has been left “frustrated” by repeated fly tipping outside his premises.He shared the clip online in a bid to shame the culprit into collecting his rubbish, but has so far been unsuccessful.The video shows the fly tipper using a trolley to deposit the brown chair outside the store.The item is so hefty he has to use both hands to roll it off the trolley to the side of the shop’s back door.He unloads the waste in full view.
