Just a few days before, Casey and Caylee were spotted visiting a hospital with a friend in Los Angeles.
The two made sure to wear their face masks before entering the facility. Casey and Caylee were last spotted together in another part of Italy – Sicily, where they attended the Dolce & Gabbana fashion show with a handful of other familiar faces.
