In the VIP area on Tuesday, Carol, 62, was pictured laughing and giggling with former Pop Idol singer Gareth Gates. After the pictures sent the rumour mill buzzing, the former Countdown star has now responded to “affair” claims on Wednesday when she took to Twitter with a two-part rant.
Captioning a video addressing other allegations, Carol wrote: “Also apparently, according to other papers Gareth Gates and I are cosying up together.
