Carol Kirkwood, 59, has taken to Twitter to admit that despite placing an “autocue on the studio floor” as a reminder, she still couldn’t avoid making an awkward mishap on BBC Breakfast this morning.The meteorologist was left apologising profusely when she forgot who Dan Walker, 44, was fronting the show with today.After concluding her forecast, Carol mistakenly left business presenter Nina Warhurst out while handing the airwaves back to Dan in the studio.Following her error, Carol took to Twitter to reveal she had placed a note in front of her in the studio that read: “Dan and Nina,” in block capitals.The presenter then admitted to her 213,000 followers: “Here is my autocue on the studio floor!
