Carlos Santana Postpones Las Vegas Residency After Suffering Accidental Fall and Broken Finger

Steven J. Horowitz Senior Music Writer Carlos Santana has postponed the upcoming run of his 2025 Las Vegas residency due to an “accidental fall” that left him with a broken finger.

The legendary guitarist was slated to kick off his residency at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on Jan.

22, but suffered a fall at his home at his vacation home in Hawaii that required pins to be put in his finger. Santana was scheduled to play eight shows at the venue through Feb.
