The car dealer, 32, recently sold his previous property which Katie, 42, had been staying at, purchasing the new home as an investment.While Katie is planning to move back into her £2million mansion, extensive works are currently needed to make it habitable again after it fell into disrepair as it lay empty.A source told The Sun: ‘Carl is buying the house with a view to renting it out in the future, but while the work is being done on Katie’s £2m mucky mansion the family will be staying there.

He’s put in an offer and is hopeful it’ll be accepted.’Katie’s rep also confirmed that Carl is looking for an investment property and is planning to rent the house out once the former.
