Carl Starfelt insists the Celtic squad won’t risk the wrath of boss Ange Postecoglou by taking their foot off the gas in the Premiership.
The Hoops went into the World Cup pause with a nine point lead but the defender is adamant the title race is far from over. And if any of the players thought it was they would be in danger of a blast from the boss.
Postecoglou battered his men after defeat to Sydney last week in the Sydney Super Cup – and there’s no chance he’ll allow standards to drop when the real stuff returns next month despite a commanding lead at the top.
