Care home residents in Rutherglen get crafty with the decor before dookin'

Residents at Rutherglen Care Home weren’t spooked as they took on the task of making their own decorations for Halloween.They carefully cut out bats, ghosts and pumpkins to craft the decorations a couple of days before, which were then hung around the lounges to set the tone for a stylish and happy Halloween at Rodger Drive.There was also a special Halloween bingo held in the clubhouse with players searching for spooky icons instead of numbers.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

They also had some refreshing witches brew and goodies from the trick or treat bowl.Jan Morgan, family member resident, said: “It was so good to see mum enjoying herself.
