There's a new era of electric boat racing going off in Venice, Italy.Model and actress Cara Delevingne hit the waters of the city's famous canals to help preview the new RaceBird,which is the world's first all-electric raceboat.And it's all apart of the launch of the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) E1 World ChampionshipPowerboat Series that was created specifically for electric boats.
