The Love Island winner is expecting her second child with partner Nathan Massey, who she met on the show in 2016. Cara spoke to fans prior to her appointment and admitted she was feeling apprehensive at the thought of being without her hubby on the special occassion.
But as she returned to social media afterwards Cara said she needn't have worried and and offered up some advice for fellow mums to be in a similar situation. "I know it's rubbish and you want your partners there but it's for the good of the baby.
