Captain Tom Moore, 100, made a heartbreaking admission on Piers Morgan's Life Stories which aired on Sunday night. The war hero, who rose to fame when he raised millions of pounds for the NHS, suffered a horror fall last year and ended up putting a "do not resuscitate" sign on his hospital door.
