telegraph.co.uk06 Jul 2021 The 74th annual Cannes Film Festival kicked off on the French Riviera on 6th July, and will see a host of film stars in attendance throughout the fortnight-long event.Members of the Cannes 2021 jury assembled for a photocall on day 1, setting a stylish tone for the rest of the event: Maggie Gyllenhaal opted for a smart jumpsuit, while director Jessica Hausner wore a slick black shirt dress.
Director Mati Diop chose a tweed mini dress for the occasion, while actress and director Melanie Laurent wore a printed maxi dress and singer Mylene Farmer chose a bold midi.
Over the coming days we'll be treated to an array of looks, from evening inspiration on the red carpet to summery off-duty looks by day, so there's lots of style.
