Manchester United are closing in on their next wonderkid signing - with 15-year-old Camron Mpofu expected to join the club from Reading.
MEN Sport reported on Thursday morning that United were close to the signing, although they would have to navigate their way through a Premier League process before finalising a deal for the teenager.
Should he sign, Mpofu will be the latest name to join the club's academy. Silva Mexes, the son of former Cardiff and West Brom striker Rob Earnshaw, has already joined the from Ipswich and Australian James Overy has also arrived. Jack Fletcher and Amas were both integral members of the side that won the Premier League Northern Division, the National Final and the Premier League Cup last season.
