Queen Consort Camilla is expected to get first choice of items from Elizabeth II's clothes and jewellery collection – but Kate Middleton is tipped to receive "the lion's share".
Royal experts say it would have been long decided who gets what, but as future queen consort, the Princess of Wales, 40, will get the most.
As most of her Her Majesty's jewels belong to the Crown, they will be passed on to the next sovereign. Items from her personal collection are expected to have been given to family members chosen by the Queen herself, while some clothing may have been passed on to her grandchildren and could be altered for future use by them.
Majesty Magazine editor-in-chief Ingrid Seward said the late monarch would have "sorted and organised" who receives the items a long time ago, reports MailOnline.
