Cambuslang boss Alex Donaghy says Scottish Rugby’s call to declare the season null and void was the right thing to do for the whole of Scotland – and not just because his side avoided relegation.
Donaghy’s men were sitting bottom of West League One, but with games in hand he would have liked an opportunity to claw their way up the table.While he has sympathy for teams who were at the top of the pile, the gaffer says the SRU decision was the only fair way to sort out the season.
