The family of the man a Lanarkshire football pitch is named after have called for South Lanarkshire Council to do more with the facility.
Alastair Brownlee is the son of Peter Brownlee, the former councillor who the Peter Brownlee Pitch and pavillion in Cambuslang are named after.
Mr Brownlee believes the sports ground hasn't been improved enough in recent years, and was left concerned after floodlights for the pitches were recently removed by the local authority.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
