Callum McGregor has signed a new deal with the club until 2026. The skipper has in the last been linked with English Premier League sides but the Parkhead club had the years on their side with his existing contract running until 2024 and gave him the armband after Scott Brown's departure.
Last week manager Ange Postecoglou revealed he was in line to be offered fresh terms to secure the main midfielder and skipper's future.
Scotland star McGregor has signed a new five-year deal and if he sees out the entirety of his bumper new offer he'll remain at the club until he turns 33.
