The star, 72, told the UK's Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp that Kylie 'did a great job' during the birth of her baby boy on February 2, but admitted she's been sworn to secrecy on the new addition's name.
Make-up mogul Kylie, 24, revealed on Instagram earlier this week that she had given birth to her second child with partner Travis Scott.
Caitlyn was asked about the happy news during her radio chat as she gushed: 'I had grandchild number 19. 'She added that she had met the new addition and insisted, despite rumours, that 'we don’t have a name but it is a boy.
