Caitlyn Jenner is reflecting on her Keeping Up With The Kardashians stint after it was revealed she was shut out of the family's new Hulu show, The Kardashians.Caitlyn's ex-wife Kris Jenner confirmed to Variety that the 72-year-old is not included in the series, which will see the Kardashian-Jenner women split a massivenine-figure salary.'I was there when this started from day one.
