EXCLUSIVE: Frida Perez has signed with CAA for representation. Perez co-created the new Apple TV+ comedy series The Studio starring Seth Rogen, Kathryn Hahn, Ike Barinholtz, and Chase Sui Wonders.

The satire, co-created by Rogen and longtime partner Evan Goldberg— along with Perez, Pete Huyck (Veep) and Alex Gregory — explores the tension inherent in filmmaking as both an art form and a business.

As a team of infighting executives at Continental form their slate in an ever-changing movie ecosystem, they succumb to both the glittering promises of success and dooming pressures of career catastrophe.

Bryan Cranston and Catherine O’Hara also star. Perez’ short film Detox was selected by the Netflix-sponsored National Association of Latino Independent Producers’ Women in Film Incubator Program and premiered at the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival in 2023.
