Katcy Stephan CAA and Wasserman Foundation have joined efforts to announce School Day 2024, a Los Angeles county-wide call to action for entertainment industry partners to provide additional resources to teachers, students and classrooms.
Kicking off Saturday, companies are encouraged to adopt an L.A. school for a day of service, mentor program, and/or provide essential financial resources. “Supporting students and educators has long been a focus for CAA, and a cause I am personally passionate about,” stated CAA co-chairman Richard Lovett. “For many years, I volunteered at Venice High School, teaching a weekly class to help empower our future leaders.
I know firsthand that our time and resources on campus is a worthwhile investment, and part of our commitment to creating a brighter, more equitable future for everyone.
