Bury council currently has 17 wards with three councillors representing each one. Now the Local Government Boundary Commission wants to hear what residents and local organisations think about the changes to wards.
A 10-week consultation on the proposals will run until August 9. The changes, if approved, will make Radcliffe North and Ramsbottom the two largest wards in the borough, with an estimated 9,475 and 9,326 estimated voters respectively.
