Bruno Fernandes has offered his backing to Donny van de Beek after Manchester United's 3-2 win over Liverpool in the FA Cup.
Dutchman Van de Beek has found opportunities hard to come by since his £40million move from Ajax in the summer. He was handed a rare start against Liverpool with Bruno Fernandes left on the bench after his relentless schedule so far this season.
But Van de Beek was sacrificed after an hour to bring Fernandes into the fold with the Portuguese playmaker setting an example with the winning goal.
