Britney Spears has given her fans a glimpse at what she really looks like in her latest post. The Baby One More Time singer, 38, took to her Instagram account on Monday night to share a string of pictures of herself looking very different.

In the caption she explained she gets insecure about her looks in her candid photos and usually puts a lot of "effort" into her appearance, but wanted to show off the real her.

Her photos showed her wearing a baggy plaid shirt and a pair of thick rimmed black glasses, looking worlds away from her usual glammed up self.

She teamed the look with a pair of cropped blue jeans and some blue Birkenstock sandals. The photos were taken in what appeared to be her hallway, with a grand piano and a ladder in shot.
