She’s legally a single woman again! And what better time to celebrate than her birthday?! Yes, on Monday the Toxic singer turned 43, marking a new year and a new gal!

A new single gal, that is! Related: Eddie Murphy’s Son & Martin Lawrence’s Daughter Are Engaged! The terms of the ex-couple’s divorce settlement were reached way back in May, leaving Sam with next to nothing as they had a prenup.
