Jodi Montgomery slammed Jamie Spears for attempting to blame her for Britney's testimony and claimed she is the only one trying to help Britney to reach her goal of freedom.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Montogomery notes: "It is ironic that Mr. Spears now wants the conservatorship to 'reflect her wishes' since it is no secret that Ms.
Spears has wished her father out of her life for years." According to the People, Montogomery also alleged that the 69-year-old used "more than $2 million of his daughter's money" to fund his legal defense in a bid to remain the conservator of her estate.
