Britney Spears ' ex husband Jason Alexander has been convicted of trespassing, after he managed to find his way into her California property in an attempt to crash her wedding day in June.
The 40 year old Baby One More Time hitmaker famously married her childhood sweetheart Jason in a shotgun wedding in Las Vegas in 2005, before her advisors stepped in and got the marriage annulled after just 55 hours.
Hours before Britney's 9 June wedding to Sam Asghari, 28, Jason managed to slip through security and filmed himself on an Instagram Live before he was apprehended by security and subsequently arrested.
During his trespassing, Jason could be heard on the video saying: "Britney Spears invited me here. She's my first wife, my only wife … I'm here to crash the wedding." According to The Associated Press, Jason was convicted on Thursday 9 August in a California court of aggravated trespassing and battery two months after crashing Britney's wedding to Sam.
