Brie Larson managed to secure the movie role of a lifetime with Captain Marvel, however, she didn’t always win big. During an appearence on her new YouTube channel, the 30-year-old actress explained how she tried out for films like Star Wars and The Hunger Games but she never made it.

In her new YouTube video, Brie asked many content creators for advice on what subjects to cover. Juanar Zurita said to her that the beauty of the internet lies in the lack of “limitations.” There aren’t any auditions, the YouTuber explained.

Larson joked, “why didn’t I do this sooner?” Larson went on to list some of the other films for which she didn’t get a part, including the Terminator reboot.
