Kate Quilligan was due to tie the knot with her fiancé Miley Harty, 20 on Saturday (August 21) in the Republic of Ireland. He was tragically killed in an early morning car crash in Limerick, the Irish Mirror reports. Read more:The vicious attack at the hands of drunk ex Mr Harty was a front passenger of a car which veered off the road at around 1am.

It is believed Mr Harty died instantly. A man in the back seat was taken to University Hospital Limerick to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
