Brian Dowling reveals his sister is surrogate for his and husband Arthur's baby

Former Big Brother winner Brian Dowling has revealed that his sister Aoife is surrogate for his and husband Arthur's baby. The 43 year old presenter announced on social media last week that he and his husband Arthur Gourounlian were expecting a baby via surrogate.
