The last marquee thoroughbred racing event of the year is upon us with the 2023 Breeders’ Cup. The event takes place Friday, Nov.
3 and Saturday, Nov. 4 at Santa Anita Park in California, and this year’s event marks the 40th edition of the two-day championship event.
