A man was taken to hospital after being stabbed in a park then hit by a car in Bolton. Police were called to the scene of the attack in Queens Park, off Chorley New Road, at around 8.40pm last night (Wednesday).
A man, aged 23, was attacked by two other men, police said. He was stabbed during the attack before trying to flee the park. READ MORE: Bolton late night bar where man died to face emergency licensing review The men chased him out of the park, where a car mounted the pavement and knocked him down.
The victim was taken to hospital from the scene but did not suffer any serious injuries, police said. He has since been discharged.
