It has been alleged that Bravo has used NDAs to keep reality stars from speaking out against unjust behavior happening behind the scenes, but the network is defending the use of NDAs and explained what they’re really for. They are not intended to prevent disclosure by cast and crew of unlawful acts in the workplace, and they have not been enforced in that manner.
