Just two years ago doctors warned little Harry Lee would never walk again. But this week he stepped through the school gates.
Harry, five, was born with only half his heart working. Open-heart surgery failed in September 2018 and he suffered pneumonia, a stroke and sepsis.
He spent three months fighting for his life before being allowed home on Christmas Eve. Harry will need a heart transplant and appeared on the front page of the Daily Mirror in December, urging families to consider organ donation.
