The Chase star Bradley Walsh was warned by doctors that he needed to change his lifestyle after a health warning from his doctor.
The 61-year-old ITV presenter was told if he needed to drop a few pounds and if didn't lose weight immediately, he would die due to heart problems.
The father of two was told by his doctors he was at a much higher risk of heart problems since his father died of heart disease aged 59, when Bradley was just 33 years old.After the warning from docs, Bradley realised the risks he was quick to give up alcoholic drinks and fatty foods.The ITV star said he had a "hang-up" about reaching the age of 60, since his father never reaching that age it was particularly important to him.
