American Hustle actor Bradley Cooper is in talks to star in the next feature film from Magnolia director Paul Thomas Anderson, which is to be set in theSan Fernando Valley, California of the 1970s according to The Hollywood Reporter.Cooper, 45, is still coming off hot after successes like last year's blockbuster Avengers: Endgame, for which he again voiced the character of space raccoon Rocket, and A Star Is Born from the year before that, which garnered him a whopping three Oscar nods including Best Actor and Best Picture.
