Senior judges have quashed an 'unduly lenient' 12-year jail sentence handed to dangerous driver who killed a pregnant mother on the M66.
Frankie Jules-Hough, 38, from Chadderton, Oldham, died in a crash in Bury in May after Adil Iqbal, 22, lost control of his father's BMW M140i.
Iqbal had filmed himself reaching speeds of 123mph in the vehicle before it crashed into Ms Jules-Hough's Skoda Fabia, which had pulled over on the hard shoulder with a tyre puncture.
She was 17-weeks pregnant. Neither mum nor unborn child survived. Frankie and her partner planned to name their daughter Neeve.
